I wish there is an option to post a 0 star review. worst doctor office period. I am an existing patient and i am out of my BP medication and trying to get a refill. left messages to refill medical assistant line multiple times and no response. called the front desk and inspite of saying i am out of medication , they just dont care and say they cant help but to transfer my call to the same useless medical assistant line. just kept transferring my call as i was middle of talking. ZERO care. ZERO customer service.

Unbelievable experience today. Lee Herman the main physician in the practice called to tell me that they would not see me today. I am due for a refill of my Thyroid Medicine and they would not refill it. Why, you ask? The billing system has been in shambles. I have been receiving bills that were paid by my insurance company that date back to 7/21. I called everyday I left messages no one would call me back. I sent in documentation. I kept getting the bills and was told that I would go to collections. Too much to tell but this man told me that I never gave my insurance card and didn't have insurance. I even went so far as to have my insurance company call them no response. The way this PHYSICIAN spoke to me was unbelievable. He has lost his mind. I am not sure if his wife is leaving him and he needs all the money he can get or what. 90% of the bills are now paid and were paid months ago. He would not say sorry nothing all he could say was you didn't give us your card. The most unprofessional doctor I use that loosely that I have ever encountered. I also want to make it clear that I had been told by multiple people in that office that the new person that was hired completely messed up the billing. I need an apology!

Worst experience with a doctors office ever. I’m not one to leave a review but in this case really feel that I need to. I went in to see Dr. Conlin on Tuesday April 11th. He ordered a CT scan which got done the following Tuesday 4/18. The imaging place told me that it would take 2 days for the doctor to receive the results. 2 days later I still hadn’t heard anything from my doctor so I call the office. On Friday I called them to ask about it, they said they have a stack of faxes and that they’re behind on getting to them so they can’t find my results and to call the imaging place and get them to fax it over again so it would be on top of the pile and easy for them to find. I did that immediately and called to follow up to make sure they received it. They did and told me Dr. Conlin will call me later that day. He never did. I called them again on Monday to see what my results were and left 2 messages for his medical assistant, and no one ever called me back. So I called the imaging place and got the report myself and read it. They didn’t call me until today to tell me to come in to go over the results. I know i don’t need to go in, they were just trying to get another appointment out of it to charge the insurance for another visit. You can go over test results over the phone. I’m extremely upset and disappointed by the way this office has handled this situation. They clearly don’t understand the stress for a patient when waiting for test results when you think something is wrong! Needles to say this will be the last time I ever step foot in this office. Customer service has gone down the toilet! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This review is for front desk staff and/ or person scheduling. I spoke to front desk and she kept putting me on hold, at least 3-4 times. She said she has to answer other calls. Don’t you have to finish one client at a time? She asked my last name and I repeated and spelled it out multiple times but still can’t get it right. She then got frustrated because she is not able to get my name right. I asked to talk to another person, now she is really mad. I’m so happy that I finally decided to make appointment with another doctor office. Please don’t even waste your time here. So many patients have had complaints about the office customer service and their level of competency.

Edited in 2023: I originally had a great experience with Emily Adams but it has went downhill since she left. To make a long story short, John’s Creek Primary Care doesn’t want anything other than money and it has been proven to my partner and I over multiple year, visits and providers. Pam Watson was our provider today and started making racist commentary regarding traffic and immigrants driving immediately upon us entering the room. It only went down here from there. She had terrible bedside manor, was rude to us, talked about other patients in the hallway to the point where we knew which patient had covid and was generally as unpleasant as I’ve ever had a healthcare provider be. As a cherry on top, one of the doctors (who seemed like he was in charge) was yelling at a nurse loud enough for everyone to hear. I can only imagine working for a place like this. I have interactions that aren’t ideal nearly every time I’m in, (especially if I’m lucky enough that they have a record of my appointment when I arrive) but the racism is deplorable.

The absolute worst. Not sure how Pam Watson keeps her job at this practice. She’s said racist things to patients and staff. She treats people of color as if they all live in South Fulton when some of us are coming in from St Ives Country Club. I read these comments only to find out she’s still showing her true racist and homophobic colors. Not sure why Dr Conlin keeps her on staff. He’s losing patients because of her.

Please do not join this practice. I rarely ever provide ratings on anything, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t say anything/warn people re: this practice. Both of my parents are patients and I’m recent years I’ve had to get more involved in their care - the practice is understaffed, unresponsive and arrogant. This complaint is not the result of one random incident…but from several experiences over the past several months. If you have ANY other alternatives I would explore them before you go here.

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with the poor customer care and lack of correct information we received from the office reception and scheduling staff of Johns Creek Primary Care. The address provided was a locked door. Having foot surgery, and in a boot using a Cain, my wife was only to walk short distances, and was forced to stand waiting until I returned from parking after dropping her near the entry door address provided. We had scheduled appointments to receive the flu shot with this provider because they were listed by Sonofi manufacturer as an approved location to receive the non egg based flu shot they manufacture. The scheduler had to place us on hold several times to find out about scheduling our appointments. At no time were we told the practice only administers the flu shot to existing patience, and we were given appointments to come in to receive the shots with no further explanations or any call backs to correct the error. Once we found the correct entrance and informed the front desk staff of our scheduled appointments they now informed us they will not administer the shot to us unless we were being seen by the practice, something they did not tell us when scheduling the appointments. The staff member was visibly irritated and sighed and made unpleasant facial expressions while dismissing our scheduled appointments. The staff then blamed the new staff person who they said was not properly trained. After our response, we were told they would allow us to see someone and receive the shots, but we must first complete all the practice required paperwork. They said nothing about the requirement that we must now change our primary care physician to be this practice, and we made it clear we were not doing so as we have established providers, unfortunately they do not have the non egg based shots which my wife is allergic to. Only after we completed all the extensive paperwork did the staff now say medicare will have a problem covering our shots if we show more than one primary care physician. The front office staff were very dismissive towards us, showed little concern for the disrespectful treatment all this amounted to and basically had waisted all of our time scheduling, traveling to and from the office, and completing the extensive paperwork in compliance with the practice requirements. Only to now tell us Medicare will have a problem with our coverage. The very callous and disrespectful manor and treatment we received does not represent the practice very well, and should be a concern for the doctors who run this practice. In particular, when reading many other patient comments which reflect concern in a similar manor for poor customer care and concern.
